• A:Answer I bought this item last year, and it works. I have been a Quicken customer for many years. It appears the download version is for new customers only. I advise saving the ad that shows no mention of new customers only. Also, a copy of the other items that are advertised for new customers only. I purchased this product and will contact Quicken before I update my subscription length. If you tell the Quicken tech team the code, they can tell you if it will work. And if not, Best Buy will refund your money.

Q: QuestionIs this a box that comes with the product key code inside (which allows you to download when ever you want to)? I don't see the download arrow on the graphic image nor in Best Buy's description, yet it also does not state it is 'product key code' either.

• A:Answer Yes key code is all you get in the box but I would recommend purchasing it through the Quicken website it will cost a little extra but worth it if you have the same trouble activating that I did when I bought through Best Buy.
