Quite a few years ago, I did transfer from MS Money. It seems like I had some difficulties when I transferred, as far as some transactions duplicated. It took me a bit to clean it up, but it was doable and once I got it done, everything has been fine since. I did like MS Money but with Quicken, I love downloading transactions from my bank.
