“My headphones are less than 2 years and the peace above the earphone cup snapped when I look at the Best Buy app it says parts and labor are covered for 2 years for these headphones am I able to swap them out at Best Buy help please or get them fixed”

if you bought the 2 year protection you can just go in and swap them out for a different pair (dont get the same ones) if you didnt you have to contact manufacturer and send them in to get repaired
