• Unless you’re buying the $100 headset the mic is not detachable. And yes it also has a noise cancellation.

• It is not detachable; however, it is also not a stiff attachment. It is flexible and can be moved easily and will stay in the place it is moved to.

• mic is detachable. As far as noise canceling it doesn't have that feature but I hear very little from outside with them on.
