It looks like you posted this a while ago, so hopefully this was already answered for you). I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure the R3U1 (which is the Ultimate edition) has only minor differences in the color schemes of the keyboard. They both have the same functions. Other than the minor difference, I would say they are very similar (other than a newer year's version--I haven't noticed any differences in the few different year models of the naga that I've had either). I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. One might be refurbished. Double check. Also double check because there is the Razer Chroma Blackwidow and Razer Blackwidow Torunament edition which are not the same keyboards. Chroma does all the lights. The R3U1 model is the Chroma.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Theres only one blackwidow chroma, the newest one thats coming out soon is the blackwidow chroma stealth, basically a quiter keyboard no clicking when typing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only difference would be the switches used on the board as razed changed their switch types on the newer one to be a little bit quieter but other than that no difference and the sound difference is marginal
