What size keycaps would you need to replace these? null

You would need any key cap that works with cherry switches will also work for these I have razor green switches and use the Razor x pbt pudding caps they feel amazing on my black widow.

The Razer BlackWidow V3 should be compatible with any standard-sized cross-shaped axis keycaps.
