are Razer products compatible with iMac(s)? null

As a simple USB Keyboard it should work but the newer version of the software which allows you to edit the lighting and various other Razer specific things (as of Synapse 3.0) is not compatible with a Mac.

They are compatible as most of the Razer products are plug and play. However, some features will not be available as it requires Razer Synapse 3 to work which is not compatible with MacOS.
