Yeah, that seem to be a problem with most of the cards razor ir Apple it is always a use card by the time you try to use it it will say already use and not activate even though they say it was scan , somewhere something is going on with these card your money is taken and you cannot get it back.

That's a very common scam don't fall for it. They ask for a card for something usually involves nsfw activities but say it was used and have you get another and most likely will say it was also used and repeating the process until they either just disappear and delete their account or you catch on and block them. Never give the code to anyone you don't know personally as the way to prevent this.
