• Worked just fine on my Microsoft surface pro laptop. It’s just a standard audio jack so I assume it should work on most devices.

• Yes, you can connect it to any laptops that have a 3.5mm combo port or use the splitter extension cable for those with separate jacks for audio output and microphone input.
