You connect through the headphone jack on your computer. On a desktop, the headphone jack is often "split" into two: one for audio coming out (speakers or headphones), and one for audio going in (microphone). Since this headset has both headphones and a microphone, they provide an optional splitter. The splitter is an adapter that allows you to use this headset to plug into those two jack (audio in and audio out)s, rather than a single jack (both in and out), such as is common on a laptop or some desktops. Hope that's clear enough
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sure there is an adapter for your situation. The splitter separates the duel audio/mic jack into separate audio and mice jacks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Even if you have a Dell, a desktop should be equipped with a mic and headphone jack (usually side-by-side on the front face of the tower). This headset does not come with the USB adapter, but if you want one search Best Buy's website you should be able to find one really quick.
