QuestionHi everyone, I just purchased and the Razer was working great with my macbook air. The next day the microphone completely stopped working and I can only hear now. I spent hours googling it and adjusting everything that I could find. Any advice? Thanks!!

QuestionI’ve always liked Razer and I always got the expensive ones for Xbox but I wanted to see if the price has anything to do with the quality so do you guys think that this is better or something like the expensive ones?

- Answer I do not believe the audio quality of these suffered in anyway versus the higher priced units as well as the quality of production. I'm not a big audiophile however, I do not think you would be unhappy with these. We have 2 sets and we have been very pleased with them since the 1st purchase in Nov'19.

QuestionWe ordered this headset, but the microphone will not work with the Nintendo Switch. The instructions say it should work with the Switch. Is this something anybody has experienced before?

- Answer Not all games support the mic chat. If you want to mic chat online you need a splitter, and a phone with the Nintendo application.
