• There’s a button the back of the headset. Where the mic is.

• You can check the connectivity if properly in place, if depending on the preferred connection type, you can connect either the 3.55 mm audio + mic plug or make use of the audio/mic splitter ext. cable. Also, check the mute button at the back of the left ear cup. The microphone is not muted (it's muted when the button is not pressed or when the red part of the button is visible).
