No, this model does not have that feature.

No built-in weights but there is a bit of heft to it (feels slight heavier than my old Naga Chroma).

The only weight I'm aware of would be the magnets used for the interchangeable side plates. I personally do not have knowledge of this mouse having any other weight added. I have used both wired and wireless versions and I would still say no to additional weight being added. I am not really sure of what you are looking for with your question but I will tell you about its movements. There are three slick pads on the bottom of the mouse (versions may vary) which make this a very fast and responsive mouse for gamers and everyday users alike. In comparison to my standard 2 button mouse that came with my Dell, yes the Naga is heavier but that is because it is a gaming mouse and does more. Comparing the Naga to my MAC mouse they are about the same weight until I take the batteries out of the MAC mouse and then the weight is significantly lighter until they are replaced. If you are running into control or responsiveness difficulties then try a very small screw driver edge or safety pin and clean the edge of the pads where dust will build up and reduce your control in addition to checking your Control Panel and Mouse settings. No it is light and has good lighting modes. BUT BEWARE IF YOU SAVE MACROS WITH RAZER YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF THEM IF YOU INSTALL THIS MOUSE.

The mouse has more weight to it than previous Naga mice, but no, the weight is not adjustable like some other gaming mice.
