• I have never used this mouse left handed. The swap-able plates on the side of the mouse are on the left side, intended for use with your right hand's thumb.

• No I use it with my right hand. I do use a gaming pad for my left hand.

• It's designed more for the right hand. A lefty can use it but all the specialty buttons are designed for the right thumb.
