Yes, it will work. However, most of the features of the Razer Nari Essentials might not work as it can only be customized through the Razer Synapse 3.

The headphone connects to a USB-A receiver. If the Macbook could plugin the receiver, the headphone should work but there will be no sound customization since the Razor app only available for Windows.
