How do you get the headset to hook up to the PS4???? I have the USB dongle inserted but the headphones will not connect and talk on the games?! What do the settings have to be on to work???? null

I would double check your sound input/output settings to ensure that your devices are connect to and using the Razer headset. 
I know I had to change those settings on my laptop before it would work with Discord etc.

There should be a USB drive in the box, grab that and put it into the ps4 then turn in the headset charging it with the dongle won’t connect it until you plug in the USB receiver

Just plug it in and you might have to go to devices then audio devices and change the output and input to the headphones
