• .ost call centers require wired in set . But yes they are clear speaking and you can hear clearly

• I use these with Jabber at my work, and they sound great. However, I have to make sure to position the mic above my nose since it pics up a lot of my breathing, and some folks have complained about it. You also have to make sure to set the headphones as your output in most apps (like jabber for me), but other than that they work well.

• It would work, but the microphone sucks on it so I wouldn’t use it for work
