A:AnswerHi GG,
I'm not sure if this remote will work your TV w/DVD player combo. please call the help desk at 1-800-420-7968 and provide your TV model #, they will be able to confirm if it is compatible or not.
Thank you for your inquiry, Sincerely,
A:AnswerUsing the instruction sheet, I turned on my DVD player, aimed the remote at the machine, pressed the DVD button on the remote and the power button together, the power button blinked a few times and then stayed solid, once it was solid, let go and I pressed down on the play button for 5 seconds, let go, pressed again, until the machine turned off. Once it turned off press reverse repeatedly until it turns back on, then press the stop button to set it. Hope this works for you. This way the remote will find the machine's code on it's own.
A:AnswerJohnnylong, yes—this remote is very likely to work with a Panasonic plasma TV since it includes multiple Panasonic TV codes. Please try the Panasonic codes one by one during setup to see which code gives you the most functionality. Keep in mind that with any universal remote, we can’t guarantee every button/function will match the original Panasonic remote, but the majority should.
A:AnswerTony, this remote is very likely to work with your Samsung UN65DU8000FXZA since it includes Samsung TV codes, but exact model compatibility can’t be guaranteed with any universal remote. Please try the Samsung TV codes one by one to see which code gives you the most functionality.
A:AnswerHi Ginny — yes, this RCA 3-Device Backlit Universal Remote is designed to work with Element TVs. You’ll just need to program the remote to your specific Element TV using the included code list or the auto code-search method in the instructions.
Also, using an antenna doesn’t change remote compatibility. The remote controls the TV itself (power, volume, input/source, menu), and the TV handles whether you’re watching Antenna/Air channels or something else.
A:AnswerHello Petunia - Yes—this RCA universal remote includes setup codes for all major TV brands, including Toshiba. We do not guarantee compatibility with every specific TV model, but most Toshiba TVs can be programmed using the included code list or the auto-search programming method.
A:AnswerYes—this RCA 3-Device Backlit Universal Remote is designed to work with many older TVs, as long as the TV uses an infrared (IR) remote (which most older TVs do). Programming is done using the included code list or the auto-code search feature.
A:AnswerHi Chef583, yes—this RCA 3-Device Backlit Universal Remote is compatible with most Samsung TVs. It can be programmed using the Samsung codes listed in the instructions or by using the auto-code search option if needed.
