I need the opposite: five wire female to male HDMI null

Thanks for the statement. This adapter only converts HDMI output → component video (5-wire) input. It cannot work in the opposite direction. Converting component → HDMI requires an active scaler/encoder box designed specifically for that purpose, which is a different type of device.
