Does this unit come with both lighter and hardwire null

Yes, it comes with a cigarette lighter charger and a hardwire kit.

You have to buy the one that has both. The one that I bought did but you have to read the discription, I know that 1 does not come with the hard wire harness and 1 dose. So make sure that you are getting the one that you want before you buy. You can also buy just the hard wiring but its cheaper to buy the one that comes with it.
