First 12 months: Free replacement if the battery fails due to defects. After 12 months: Prorated replacement cost based on the remaining warranty period. Exclusions: Improper installation, operation, or storage voids the warranty. However, if the battery was purchased through a reseller or a third party, warranty claims must be processed through the original purchaser, as Renogy requires the original order information to verify and approve any warranty request.
