“My SensoTouch 3D 1255X RQ12 shaving unit needs to be replaced. Have been told SH70 and SH90/72. Are they they the same? What do you recommend?”

I have a 1255 and a 9000 series both and the new replacement heads fit both. Unfortunately the new head design is not as good as the old one for the 1255 which was far superior, I wish we could still get the old style head for it. There are supposed to be aftermarket ones in the old style but I have read several reviews that they are cheaply made as well and don't last long. But the new design is at least better than the old design that the 9000 series razors had by far with a new designed system that locks in to hold the blades in place. The original design was awful and the cheap plastic rings that held the blades in place popped out all the time.
