• Update: you can get the preorder bonus as a DLC code if you call their Digital Download department and explain the situation using your order as a reference. As of right now, I am waiting to receive it via email. I was also given a case ID. It's been frustrating, but it looks like they came through.

• From my understanding the keychains are digital rewards, not physical. That being said they are included with the pre-order bonus.
