It's supposed to be emailed to you, but I never received it either. I chatted with Best Buy's outsourced customer support for almost an hour and they would not budge. They had a very hard time understanding what I was even asking about, and then they kept giving various excuses as to why I shouldn't receive it. Totally useless.

So, as one person mentioned, all you have to do is google the "Bestbuy Digital Download phone number" and copy the number into your phone. When the auto voice comes up simply say "Digital Download department" Wait for an agent (It's quick) give them your order number when you purchased the game and be patient. I know its frustrating but remember to be RESPECTFUL to the agent. He's helping you out. I got my code and redeemed it as soon as I got off the phone. Good luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I didn't get the bonus, either. I contacted Best Buy about it several times and got completely stonewalled. They called it a manufacturer's error and refused to help me any further.

I'm still waiting for mine via email as of right now, but they did give me courteous service this time along with a case ID.
