You don't. They changed the promotion with no announcement or explanation.

I had to re-pre-order the game for it to show up on my bestbuy account. Not sure what happened, you could probably contact support see if they'll modify your order. I just decided to purchase it again and cancel the other one.

Meanwhile, people were able to order them individually and now they're listed on Ebay for $70? Seriously, Best Buy? One of my favorite games, I ordered in all the way back in October, why in the world would others be eligible for the steelbook and not early orderers like myself. And now I can't get one at all? Unbelievable.

In truth, if you pre-ordered "RE4 Remake Deluxe Edition" you should have gotten a steelbook mailed with your hardcopy of the game. As for the Gold Attache Case and Gun Charm that was promised, theres an easy fix for this and i just got my code to redeem after getting off the phone with the Bestbuy Digital Download Department. If you want details look at the other threads ive answered this multiple times. I understand your frustrated but dont give up and stay respectful with the agent and i guarantee youll get what you paid for!
