Yes the Smart360 acc wire kit is in there. Backup camera needs the extra red wire spliced to the backup lights to activate backup camera. Otherwise if you skip that step, you'll have to manually switch to rear camera view every time you want to view as you backup. Also the backup guide only shows up if you use the red wire.
