How do you transfer pictures to your phone? null

Saved to card, insert to computer, email to self, open on phone, save to phone. Or, plug camera directly into USB port on computer and save, then transfer to phone via email. my camera was the WG-4 that I have had for 8 years and it finally stopped being able to use flash.
