“Can I use this system without having a plan, just the app and the camera monitored by myself from my phone and the sensors if someone tresspases. I live outside the US and wont pay a plan, just want to buy the system. thanks i advance for any help!!”

Hello Rand, Yes you can choose to self-monitor your Ring Alarm, in an emergency your Ring Alarm siren will sound and you’ll get notified, but you’ll have to call for emergency responders yourself.
