I'm not sure about installing outside of USA, but I don't see why not. The only issue would be the monitoring. Professional monitoring might not be available outside the US. You can still use it without monitoring though. It is very easy to install if you have minimal technical ability to connect to APP and internal WiFi Router. The devices themselves are very easy to install using 3M double face tape.
