• There is if you want professional monitoring, I believe $10.00 a month. I have a system at work and at home, we self monitor. The App works great for that.

• It’s free if you don’t want it professionally monitored but it’s $10 to be professionally monitored and there is no contract.

• You actually have to pay just a $100 a year for the top monitoring services. Which is actually outstanding! When out services charge more than that quarterly.
