Yes. The UI supports Chinese. It’s pretty well localized.

Yes. It supports Simplified and Traditional Chinese. If you change your Switch system language to Chinese the game will be in Chinese as well. All the voices and stuff have also been translated so it will give you spoken instructions in Chinese.
