“Is it possible to not have the lights go on but still be able to view the night vision on phone. So we still wish to be able to see at night but if light does go on our dogs will alert and start barking. So just wanted to know if we can adjust the time”

You can set the scheduler to not turn them I would think. You can also reduce the motion detection for the lights to its minimum amount.

Every function of the floodlights on your Floodlight Cam is available on your Ring App.The manual "lights" control is the control that appears above the "motion alerts" toggle on your device's main menu in the Ring app. Toggle this control to manually turn the floodlights on and off.
