“what built in protection is available if the WiFi connection is lost?”

• None that I see with mine - I get notified the camera has lost the WiFi connection requiring me to reconnect the camera to WiFi. The camera has no independent storage.

• there is none that i know of. but before i got the ring wifi extender, i kept on having dropped signal, sometimes it was out for 20-30 mins but once the wifi is back up, it connect by itself
