I appreciate you taking the time to ask this, and I would like to get you connected with one of our Ring specialists to go over your specific environment to find a solution that works best for you. Most times, the connection concerns we experience happen from a degraded wifi connection when our router does not provide a powerful enough signal to the Ring device. We offer a wifi extender called the Chime Pro which assists your router in redirecting the signal to your specified Ring devices. You can learn more about the Chime Pro and other benefits it may provide you here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/ring-chime-pro-white/6396015.p?skuId=6396015 I would like to ensure you are getting the proper support, and ask you to reach out to our Support Team directly, to get connected with a support agent at your earliest convenience. https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Get-in-Touch Thank you, Caitlin with Ring
