• yes it does offer a POE plug in. Which would provide power and wired internet.

• You could also use POE if you are running Ethernet for it.

• Well let's not designed that way and has a built-in Transformer. You would have to cut the end off but the Transformers Within 2 feet at the plug end.

• Yes, but only using the outdoor cord. You would have to cut the cord near the plug. The transformer box has to stay in the line to convert the AC voltage to the DC.
