• Check the type of ringer you have inside the house, because there's an option for 2 different types of doorbells.

• The same thing happened to me the first time I tested the doorbell. I had to go back and unscrew and turn off the breakers and start all over again. It turns out I did not connect the wires around the screws correctly. Once I reconnected the wires the doorbell was ringing as usual.
