once it is linked to your Alexa echo, it will automatically be connected to your other one and yes it can still be connected to your cell phone as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. My echo dots, echo show, and my cellphone all receive notifications that a doorbell has been pushed or someone has been detected. I had to dial back the notifications so I didn't get blasted from seven devices on my desk!
