No. You'll need two. The best you could do with one camera is have both households signed in with the same account and get alerted when the doorbell is pushed.

Just link both into account and then set you alert settings different and name the 2 units differnt . Then when you get alert will tell you which camera is triggered.

You can have multiple users on one device. One account will set it up and then it can be shared with others. Each user can only set alerts/tones for his/her phone or tablet. Everyone will get the same alerts and see the same views.

As for the doorbell itself, wherever the "chime" device is set up, that is where the doorbell will sound. However, each person can still view and get an alert when someone walks up/by.
