No. You'll need two. The best you could do with one camera is have both households signed in with the same account and get alerted when the doorbell is pushed.

Each user can only set alerts/tones for his/her phone or tablet. Everyone will get the same alerts and see the same views. As for the doorbell itself, wherever the "chime" device is set up, that is where the doorbell will sound. However, each person can still view and get an alert when someone walks up/by.
