While I have no solution for speeding up the doorbell response time I can offer this compromise. You will notice that the Event History video clip stored in the cloud will often times show more of the event than you will see during the actual doorbell event. For example, during the actual event that alerts your phone, you might only see the UPS guy walking away from the house instead of seeing him walk up to the house. But if you wait a few minutes and review the video in Event History you will see him walk up to the door.

I use Apple Iphone and Mac Book Air and have an account with RIng.com . I have High Speed and have no issues with delays I also Use the Ring door Bell and Flood Light Setup and use the Ring App and keep it updated . If all else fails Contact Ring Customer Service at Ring.com
