Did you install the Pro Power Kit before you installed your Ring Doorbell? If so, make sure you installed it correctly. Also, check to make sure it didn't come off and interfere with the chimes.

The Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 requires a compatible doorbell, Ring Plug-In Adapter, or transformer (not included): 16-24 VAC/24VDC, 10-40 VA max, 50/60 Hz. The Pro Power Kit also must be installed; it ensures that your Ring Doorbell gets the power it needs and must be installed before you install your Ring Doorbell.
