• With the gif card you have redeemed money to BUY ROBUX. So the robux isn’t already on the account once you redeem it. I hope you understand!!!

• There are two different types of Roblox gift cards. One type can be redeemed to give you Robux directly into your account. The other type is Roblox credit. It is basically like a gift card for a store where you can only use it at that store. When you redeem a Roblox credit gift card, you can purchase different things like Robux, premium, or anything else on the official Roblox website. You can see your balance by going into Roblox website's settings>billing>credit. Hope this helps.

• Go to https://www.roblox.com/redeem enter code received in email. Then either convert to Robux or subscribe to a premium membership at billing page on Roblox website (https://www.roblox.com/my/account#!/billing). The premium will last a month and you get 10% more Robux. So $10 will get you a $9.99 membership for a month to premium and 1000 Robux, at the moment.

• It was definately there. You might have been expecting it to be in the form of robux when it was posted as an account credit and would have to be converted to robux by a few extra steps. You can expect it to show as a credit when you go to check out next time.
