I put my 10.00 Roblox card got the gift but no robux? null

you have to go to the robux page and buy robux or premium with your card, you will have the option to use your credits from the roblox gift card and it will show you your balance on the roblox card

Almost always you have to log into the Roblox account on the computer to apply the money and not be in the actual game itself when you apply the gift card

Uhm..you was supposed to have 800 robux..in your account along with the gift…that’s strange…uhm i would say you can go to the store with the proof that you bought it / receipt of your purchase… I don’t work here lol but you should of gotten your robux…
