“How can I get my Rocketfish Splitter tested to see if it is defective? I lost my DirectTV receiver in a recent lightning storm. Prior to replacing the receiver with a new DirectTV receiver, the splitter was still working. When I hooked up the new receiver, all I get on both TV's is "no signal". I hooked up the system exactly like before, plugged and unplugged, turned the system off to reboot, nothing seems to work. Help???”
