Yes. I have the same type of antenna mounted on the outdoor wall of my condo balcony. My condo Home Owner's Association forbids the use of rooftop antennas. Initially, the signal from the Mohu Sky HDTV antenna was OK, but not great. I experimented, and discovered that the included Moho "Amplifier" actually made my TV find "Fewer" HD channels during a scan. I ended up replacing the included Moho "Amplifier" with the Rocketfish "Cable Amplifier". I did another scan. 57 HD channels, NO "Pixilating", and Great Sound. This was MY experience. You might need to experiment, and find the best combination for your TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That sounds like my situation, and this product didn't do the job for me. It was never made to do that. You can't put a 4-way splitter on your outdoor garden spigot and expect it to boost poor water pressure. This situation is similar. I returned this Mini-Drop, then got a Winegard Boost XT (model LNA-200). That amplified the signal when the antenna first received it, and it solved the problem beautifully. No more weak signals from local stations.
