It depends on what is being played. I have the exact setup and if I’m on YouTube watching a 4K video it’s great but on regular tv and Netflix before I upgraded to 4K it’s not as good. But it’s not the cable it’s what’s being played. Regular cable doesn’t offer a lot for 4K yet. That’s why some things look better than others. If you use Netflix be sure to upgrade to the ultra HD version for $3/mo for that super crisp experience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. You WILL need to buy new HDMI cords. HOWEVER , You don't need to spend 30$ for a new HDMI Cord. There are plenty of market cords that are available and perform exactly the same for under 10$. Seriously, don't get fooled by over hyped HDMI Cables. I received this HDMI Cord as part of a promotion and already had a new HDMI . I tried out both of these and it looked/sounded identical. The cord I already had cost my 9$. Don't be fooled.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you will eventually need to buy a new HDMI cable with 4k quality in order to bring out the best image on your television
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've found that unless the cable is damaged, poor picture quality usually stems from a poor cable connection somewhere. This could be in the various coax cables that bring a signal into your home or in the HDMI cable connections from the receiver to the TV. Unplug and re-plug the cables starting at the TV; see if this makes a difference. A new HDMI cable with gold plated contacts may be the answer. A second goal is to minimize cable connections. Use cables that are long enough for a single run so you don't have to connect two cables together. You lose some signal strength at every connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The tech at the store explained it to me this way. Cables are a portion of the electronics. New technology requires the correct communications cables. I bought new HDMI cables when I bought the same exact TV as you did.
