• In theory, yes, however your question is a bit confusing. Mac or PC has no baring on the ability to use an HDMI to DVI adapter as those are just video connectors used for cabling. So in short, if the adapter provides the appropriate conduit to resolve a cable connector incompatibility, this will most likely provide the solution you need.

• it does not matter which system you use.... its the ports DVI and HDMI one male one female end.
