“I installed with a Sony 75X850F. I leveled the mounting plate and the brackets. I leveled the TV using the last interface screw for my most common viewing angle (flat against the wall). When I extend the arm the TV is off several degrees, is this normal?”

I also ran into this issue and then discovered that the last two hex bolts were not tight enough. As you can see in the picture, the bottom hex bolt has about a 1 inch leeway that it can slide along. You want to loose it, level your tv and then tighten it significantly.
