• Yes, It definitely will. This tv mount includes universal mounting brackets with an assortment of screws and washers of different sizes that work with any tv rear screw holes. I bought this for my 65” Samsung TV.

• I suspect that it will. As long as the TV has a VESA mounting pattern on the back it should be compatible.
