• I would install outlets after with no tv on the mount. The template sucks with no center marks or outline of the inside of the mount for clearance purposes. You could add the outlets in the middle of the mount but it depends on where the arm attaches. I Would leave this mount to a pro to decide if suitable for your install needs.

• I would have the power outlet installed first, you can always adjust the location of the mount to hide the power outlet! You might want to consider the cable/satellite outlet as well.
