The wall mount can be tilted at a 10 - 5 degree angle, however, can not be moved up and down.

Sorry I can't help you with this. I purchased a television and tv mount for my granddaughter and now grandson for their wedding last week. My son-in-law installed it but I have no idea how the mount even works.

The arm doesn’t move up and down the arm folds out at a hinge. Then there is a tilt feature that will allow you to reposition the tvbut the height is all based on where you mount it on the wall.
